— Industrial Plastic Recycling

Nine plastic streams. One certified output.

Kavya EcoGreens accepts PET, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, PP, multilayer, industrial scrap, packaging waste, and post-consumer recovery—sorted by resin type, processed to specification, and delivered as certified feedstock.

/ Material Streams Accepted

Resin-specific intake across nine categories

Each stream enters segregated. Each exits as a traceable, specification-grade raw material. We do not blend incompatible resins—full load-to-material visibility is standard, not optional.

PET — Resin #1

HDPE — Resin #2

LDPE — Resin #4

Post-consumer bottles and thermoforms. Sorted by clarity and colour grade, cleaned, and extruded into rPET flake or pellet.

Films, shrink wrap, and flexible packaging. Sorted by film thickness and density before compaction and pelletising.

Rigid containers, drums, and piping stock. Density-sorted and reprocessed into high-grade HDPE granules.

PVC — Resin #3

PP — Resin #5

Multilayer Packaging

Industrial profiles and rigid sheet stock. Handled in dedicated lines to prevent cross-contamination with other resin streams.

Polypropylene caps, crates, and woven sacks. Melt-flow indexed per batch to confirm output consistency.

Laminated films and barrier packaging recovered through delamination and resin-separation processing stages.

Industrial Scrap

Packaging Waste

Post-Consumer Recovery

Off-cuts, sprues, and production rejects from manufacturing lines. Accepted in bulk tonnes with documented resin declarations.

Mixed rigid and flexible packaging streams from commercial and distribution operations, sorted on-site by resin family.

Municipal and collection-point plastics processed through full wash-sort-extrude lines to meet recycled-content certification thresholds.

+ Seven-Stage Processing Flow

Waste arrives in tonnes. Certified resin ships.

Stage 01

Collection

Loads are received from B2B partners, industrial generators, and post-consumer aggregators. Each incoming batch is weighed and logged by source.

Stage 02

Segregation

Material is separated by resin code using mechanical and near-infrared sorting. No mixed-resin batches proceed to the next stage.

Stage 03

Cleaning

Contaminants, labels, and adhesives are removed through multi-stage wash lines. Wash water is treated and recirculated on-site.

Stage 04

Shredding

Clean material is granulated to consistent particle size. Particle geometry is controlled by resin type to optimize downstream extrusion.

Stage 05

Processing

Granulate is dried, blended to specification, and fed into extruder lines calibrated per resin grade. Melt temperature and pressure are logged continuously.

Stage 06

Reprocessing

Extruded strands are pelletised, screened for uniformity, and tested against mechanical and melt-flow benchmarks before release.

Stage 07

Manufacturing Output

Certified recycled pellets ship to manufacturing partners for use in textiles, packaging, automotive components, and consumer goods.

Your waste stream has a specification. Let's match it.

B2B sourcing inquiries, material intake discussions, and supply chain documentation requests are handled directly. No intermediaries.
