— Industrial Recycling Facility

Engineered for Resin Integrity. Not Disposal.

Kavya EcoGreens processes nine distinct plastic streams—sorted by resin type, cleaned to specification, and certified as feedstock for manufacturers who need verified recycled content.

Process Precision at Every Stage

We separate polyethylene by film thickness and density, isolate PET by clarity grade, and classify HDPE by application origin. Resin-specific sorting is not a feature—it is the baseline that makes recycled plastic usable.

Incoming loads are classified at intake, routed to dedicated processing lines, and never co-mingled across resin families. That discipline is what separates certified feedstock from recovered waste.

Every load entering our facility is logged at intake, tagged by resin class, and tracked through segregation, cleaning, shredding, and extrusion. The finished granule carries a full processing record—not an estimate.

From Load to Certified Resin

Manufacturers sourcing from Kavya receive verified feedstock with documented chain-of-custody. That traceability is what lets recycled material meet the same specification requirements as virgin resin.
